If you're new to Tenneco and are eligible for benefits you must enroll within 30 days from your date of hire. If you don't enroll by your deadline, you won't be able to enroll again until the next Annual Enrollment period, of if you experience a qualifying life event.
If you experience a qualifying life event, such as getting married or having a baby, you have 30 days from the effective date of the qualifying life event to make changes to your 2026 benefits.
