What Happens If You Don’t Enroll?

If you don’t enroll for coverage for you and your eligible family members within 30 days of your effective date, which is your date of hire as a new hire or the effective date of your qualifying life event, you will not have coverage in any benefits requiring an election. Verification documents are also due within 30 days of your effective date. Verification documents are required to verify newly added dependents.
