Choose from two medical plan options: HSA or PPO.
Tenneco offers two options for medical coverage to help you and your family with medical expenses: the HSA Medical Plan, which comes with a Health Savings Account (HSA), and the PPO Medical Plan. You choose the plan that best fits your and your family’s health care needs and budget.
Both medical plans cover the same services—from preventive care and office visits to prescription drugs, hospital services and telemedicine. The difference is in how you and the plan share costs for those services.
While both plans cover in-network and out-of-network care, you’ll pay more if you go out-of-network. For the highest benefits, use in-network providers. The chart below gives a high-level look at how your medical options compare when it comes to in-network care. For more details, including out-of-network benefits, see the HSA Medical Plan or PPO Medical Plan.
If you’re enrolled in either Tenneco medical plan, you and your eligible dependents also have 24/7 access to board-certified physicians from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are, through Teladoc.
