What’s New for 2025

  • The HSA Medical Plan’s in-network deductible will increase to $1,650 for individual coverage ($3,300 for family coverage) due to a regulatory change required to maintain qualified plan status.
  • If you enroll in the HSA Medical Plan for 2024, Tenneco will continue to make a $250 base contribution to your HSA and will match your contributions up to an additional $500. (Contributions for union groups may vary per the collective bargaining agreement.) HSA and FSA annual contribution limits will increase slightly, per IRS rules, as well as the FSA rollover limit.
  • By enrolling in the HSA Medical Plan or the PPO Medical Plan, you get extra help finding in-network providers and your medical benefit questions answered with Credence Well-being Care Guides.
  • Hinge Health, provided through Credence BCBS (when enrolled in a Tenneco medical plan), combines gentle exercise with 1-on-1 support to help improve your condition and reduce your pain at no cost to you. Join the waitlist by visiting hinge.health/tenneco to enroll for 2025.
  • Routine Preventive Dental Services will not count toward the annual plan maximum.
  • If you enroll in the HSA Medical Plan or the PPO Medical Plan you can get help finding lower-cost medication options with Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS).
  • If you enroll in the Deluxe Vision Plan, VSP’s new LightCare Program allows you to use your frame and lens benefit toward ready-made non-prescription sunglasses or blue light filtering glasses.
  • MetLife has partnered with Empathy to provide bereavement support while dealing with a loss and all the challenges it brings.

Expansion of Blue Select Networks

The HSA Medical Plan and the PPO Medical Plan will continue to offer (in certain geographical areas) high-performance provider Blue Select Networks with high-quality, cost-efficient care. You will receive a new medical ID card if your location is part of the Blue Select Network in 2025. While most current providers participate in the Blue Select Network, provider affiliations vary and are subject to change. It is always recommended to check if your provider is in network, which can easily be done via credenceblue.com or 877-733-4375.
